Kylie is an experienced Diabetes Nurse Practitioner and Credentialled Diabetes Educator with over 20 years of diverse clinical nursing experience on the Central Coast,
Kylie specialises in diabetes management, obesity care, and minor illness and injury in primary care. She is a World Obesity SCOPE-certified practitioner, providing lifestyle and obesity management and prevention strategies for individuals with, or at risk of, Type 2 diabetes. She has extensive experience supporting patients with Type 1, Type 2, and prediabetes, helping them achieve optimal health through appropriate care and education.
Passionate about health equity, Kylie provides culturally competent, holistic care for First Nations communities, through her work with the Darkinjung community at Eleanor Duncan Aboriginal Services and as a consultant Diabetes Nurse Practitioner for Ray Kelly’s Too Deadly for Diabetes Program.
Kylie is dedicated to empowering patients to take control of their health, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based diabetes and metabolic care in the primary care setting.
