Chris is a respectful and compassionate physiotherapist from the small island of Guernsey off the coast of the UK. He moved to Cardiff, Wales to study Physiotherapy and graduated with First Class Honours in 2022. Having honed his skills in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy for four years in the UK National Health Service and private practice, Chris was ready for a new challenge. In December 2025, he swapped South Wales, UK for New South Wales, Aus.
Chris’ professional interests include inspiring true behaviour change and creating rehab plans which are going to provide lasting results. This prompted him to complete a Motivational Interviewing course (2025), which he incorporates in his daily practice as a practitioner that actively listens to their patient and ensures they are always well informed about their healthcare. Chris has also completed a level 3 sports massage qualification. He uses his manual therapy skills alongside his understanding of exercise therapy to gain great results for patients.
Outside of work, Chris is a big sports fan. He loves playing football (or soccer for the Aussies) and tennis. Since moving to the coast he can now catch an unbroken wave every now and then on a foamie! Chris is always experimenting with new exercises in the gym, so if you’ve seen something you’d like to try, why not try it out together!
