Kylie is a warm and non-judgmental Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping everyone reach their full potential. She enjoys working with people of all ages in a supportive and empowering way to assist them in improving their health and well-being.

With over 20 years of experience as a Primary School Teacher and as the mother of two children with food intolerances, Kylie understands the challenges of fostering healthy eating habits in children. In 2021, her dedication to paediatric nutrition was recognised with the Laureate Professor Clare Collins Excellence in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics Prize.

Believing it’s never too late to make positive changes, Kylie takes a holistic approach to health. She’s passionate about helping you Eat Well, Live Well and Be Well. Her practical experience and empathetic approach make her an ideal partner in your journey towards better health.
